Aap sabake man me yah saval jarur uthta hoga ki padhai karana kaise hai?  Bahut se logo ko to pata hai ki padhai karani kaise hai , lekin unhe yah nahi pata hota hai ki subah uth kar padhana chahiye ya raat ko,  kyu ki bahut se log rat ko padhate hai. lekin yah galat samay hai kyuki padhane ka sahi samay to subah ka hai kyu ki subh jab hum so kar uthte hai tab hamara dimag puri tarah se taro taja rahta hai jis ke karan hum us samay jo kuch bhi yad karte hai ya jo kuch bhi padhte hai vo hume ache se yad rahta hai our use hum jaldi bhulte nahi hai . So friends Aaj hum isi topic par bat karenge our apko padhne ke our jaldi yad karne ke aasan tarike bataenge jis se apko apki life me yad karne ki jo samasya hai vo bahot had tak thik ho jaye gi.

Yah topic is liye bhi jaruri hai ki students shahi way ka use nahi kar pa rahe hai padhai karane ke liye. Our siksha se sambandhit sabhi samasyao ko dur karane ki puri kosis karenge. Lekin iske liye hume apki madat ki jarurat padegi. Is topic me 4 se 5 sub topic hai. 

1) Subah aap jaldi uthe:  
mai aap ko aisa kyu bol raha hu aap sab yahi soch rahe hoge lekin yah baat sahi hai ki subah aap ka  mind fresh rahata hai or aap ka mind subah kisi bhi chij ko jaldi objove karata hai . Is liye aap kosis kare ki jaldi uthakar subh - subh hi  padhai kare. 
Note banaye :



                      Aab aap sab soch rahe honge ki aab note banane ki kya jarurat hai . Hum to padhai kar hi rahe hai .phir note bich me kaha se aagaya hai . Lekin yah bhi baat sahi hai ki jab tak hum khud nahi batate ki hum kya padh rahe hai tab tak vah baat hume yaad nahi rahata hai . Is liye aap kosis kare ki  har ek subject ek note ho.

2) Time table banaye :

          Ek aadmi  roj subah 8:00pm ki gadi pakadata tha . Vah roj usi samay par pahuch jata .lekin ek din vah thoda der se utha or vah pahale vale samay par nahi pahucha or usaki train chhut gayi . Iasase yah baat samajh me aati hai ki agar vah pahale vale samay par pahuchata to use vah train mil jati. Usi tarah humari padhai bhi hoti hai jab tak hum apna padhai karane ka time table nahi banate  tab tak hum success ki train nahi pakad sakate hai. Is liye aap sabhi apana time table jarur banaye. Our sirf padhai ka hi time table kyu hume apni life me har chij ka time table banana chahiye kyu ki har ek safhal vyakti ke safal our kabhil hone ka raj yahi hai ki vo apna har kam time se karta hai our apne samay ko barbad nahi karta hai. 

3) Raat ko kyu nahi padhana chahiye:

              Aap sabko yah khayal aata hi hoga ki chalo aaj raat ko padhate hai. Yah khyal aap ko kyu aaya hai kyuki aap sabko yah lagata hai ki raat ko koi bhi pareshan nahi karega or mai aram se padh paunga . Yah baat to sahi hai ki raat ko koi pareshan nahi karega lekin ham jab raat tak padhate rahenge to soyenge kab. Kyuki subah hamara nind nahi khulat or hamar kam baki rah jata hai. Or gita me bhi yahi kaha gaya hai ki raat ko setaan jagate hai . Achhai soti hai.
  Yoga (vyayam) :

           Yoga hamare jindgi ka mahtvpur ang hai . Jo hamare jindgi ko sudhar sakata hai .   Isaka  sabase bada kam students ke liye hai jo students iska use karata hai vah jindagi aage badha jata hai . Kyuki yoga hamare mind ko sapha karata hai or positive response deta hai . Jisase hamara focuse ek jagah hi bana rahata hai . Jisase hamara kam jaldi ho jata hai . Hamare jindgi ke 24 hours me only 5 minutes yoga ko dena chahiye.
